The Hong Kong World Team Challenge is back!

The Hong Kong Tennis Patrons’ Association (TPA) proudly presents the return of the popular World Team Challenge, featuring a glittering array of world class champions.

With the help of the Tourism Commission’s Mega Events Fund, we have assembled a stunning field of players. Maria Sharapova returns as the captain of Team Russia, while World No. 4 player & US Open finalist Caroline Wozniacki headlines Team Europe. Asia’s No. 2 Zheng Jie will captain Team Asia Pacific and World No. 6 Venus Williams returns to defend Team Americas’ crown. They will be joined by World No. 9 Vera Zvonareva, World No. 7 Victoria Azarenka, Japan’s No. 1 player Ayumi Morita and South America’s No. 1 player Gisela Dulko respectively. The four male heroes line up alongside their female compatriots will be Marat Safin, Stefan Edberg, Paradorn Srichiphan and Michael Chang.
